من هي بثينة؟ولدت بثينة النصر في الكويت عام 1974، ونشأت في المنطقة الشرقية من المملكة العربية السعودية، وتحديدًا في مدينة سيهات العريقة الشهيرة تاريخيا بروح بحارتها "النّواخذ". هناك تشكّل وعيها المبكر في بيئة تُعلي من قيمة التعليم والعمل والعلاقات الإنسانية، وفي كنف والدٍ آمن بالقيم العليا كالحرية والحق والتواضع والانفتاح على الثقافات المختلفة، وجعل منها أسلوب حياة لا مجرد شعارات.منذ طفولتها المبكرة، وجدت في القراءة والكتابة مركب عبور آمنًا في مسارات حياتها الشخصية والمهنية. كانت مندوبة «مجلة ماجد» في طفولتها، ثم حملت ميكروفون الإذاعة المدرسية صباحًا بعد صباح، حتى نالت في سنوات مراهقتها تكريمًا على مستوى المملكة عن موضوعٍ إنشائي بعنوان «الضوضاء... التلوث المنسي».أما اختيارها لتخصص الأساليب الكمية في الاقتصاد، فكان امتدادًا لشغفها بفك طلاسم المعادلات الرياضية وتأملها في اتساع الكون ونظامه المدهش. وفي المقابل، تحالفت خامة صوتها وروحها النقدية الساخرة مع قلمها، لتقودها نحو الإعلام بوصفه مساحة لا مفر منها للتعبير والاكتشاف.بثينة النصر تعرف ما بين رفاقها وزملائها بـ "أم هشام" ، ابنها الوحيد المهندس المعماري/ هشام ممدوح عبدالخالق ال عبدالحي.تلك هي بثينة ببساطة قبل أن تبدأ رحلتها المهنية والفكرية التي امتدت بين الإعلام والثقافة والتواصل الإنساني. رحلة ما تزال مستمرة حتى اليوم، فيما تبقى هي ذاتها:المرأة التي كلما ضاقت بها الطرق، تشبثت بالقلم ليحتضنها.

Who's ButhainaButhaina Al-Nassr was born in Kuwait in 1974 and raised in Saihat, the city historically renowned for the spirit of it's seafaring captains, known locally as Nawakhith" in Saudi Arabia’s "Eastern Province.She grew up in an environment that valued education, hard work, and meaningful human connections, under the influence of a father whose unwavering commitment to freedom, integrity, humility, and openness to different cultures helped shape her worldview from an early age.
From childhood, reading and writing became her refuge and constant companions. She served as a young correspondent for Majid Magazine and later became a familiar voice on her school’s morning radio broadcasts. During her teenage years, she received national recognition for an award-winning essay titled “Noise: The Forgotten Pollution.”Her decision to study Quantitative Methods in Economics reflected an early fascination with mathematics and a deep curiosity about the patterns and order that govern the world around us. At the same time, her distinctive voice, critical mind, and love of storytelling naturally drew her toward the field of media, where expression and discovery found a common home.Buthaina Al-Nassr is known among her friends and colleagues as "Um Hisham" (Mother of Hisham), a reference to her only son, the architect Hisham Mamdouh Abdulkhaliq Al Abdulhai.Before becoming a media pioneer, consultant, and public figure, Buthaina was simply a young woman driven by curiosity, ideas, and the written word. That journey has since expanded across media, culture, and intellectual engagement, yet one thing has remained unchanged:“whenever life narrowed her options, she returned to the pen that had always carried her forward”

بدأت شغفها الإعلامي أثناء دراستها الجامعية، حيث عملت كمراسلة محلية لشبكة MBC-FM :تخصصت في تغطية وإبراز الأنشطة والمنجزات النسائية بالمملكة، وتوّجت بالمشاركة في التغطية الإذاعية التاريخية لحدث عملية فصل التوأم السيامي بمرسوم ملكي والتي استمرت لـ20 ساعة من البث المباشر المتواصل، ومن ثم انتقلت لتقديم برنامج نفسي متخصص بعنوان "عيادة نفسية" عن صحة المرأة النفسية بمشاركة الدكتورة هناء المطلق عبر الشبكة ذاتها.Her passion for media began during her university studies, where she worked as a local correspondent for the MBC-FM network. She specialized in covering and highlighting women's activities and achievements in the Kingdom. Her early career culminated in participating in the historic radio coverage of the Siamese twins separation surgery, performed by royal decree, which spanned 20 hours of continuous live broadcasting. Following this milestone, she transitioned to hosting a specialized psychological program on the same network titled 'Psychiatric Clinic,' focusing on women's mental health in collaboration with Dr. Hanaa Al-Mutlaq."

انضمّت للعمل المؤسسي في برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي بعد تخرّجها الجامعي بتخصص اقتصاد، وشغلت منصب مساعد نائب الممثل المقيم، كما تولّت مهام المنسّق الإعلامي والعلاقات للمكتب الإقليمي متمثلاً بإدارات التثقيف المجتمعي وخططها الإعلامية التنموية وعلاقاتها الدبلوماسية مع الوزارات.Following her university graduation with a degree in Economics, she joined the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). She served as Assistant Deputy Resident Representative and took on the responsibilities of Media and Relations Coordinator for the regional office, managing community education departments, their developmental media plans, and diplomatic relations with ministries.”

أسست وقدمت برنامج "الهودج"، وهو أول برنامج سيرة ذاتية مباشر يبرز النخب النسائية السعودية في مختلف المجالات الإبداعية والتنموية، في حقبة شهدت ندرة في الحضور النسائي المتلفز. وقادت "النصر" جهداً كبيراً لإقناع السيدات بالظهور كمسؤولية تنموية واجتماعية، مع التركيز على دور الرجل الداعم للمرأة. والجدير بالذكر أن مجموعة من أبرز ضيفات "الهودج" تم اختيارهن لاحقاً ضمن الدورة الأولى لتعيين السيدات السعوديات لعضوية مجلس الشورى السعودي عام 2013 عقب صدور القرار الملكي التاريخي.برنامج "الهودج" احتفت به الصحف المحليّة على أوسع نطاق وقت بثّه، وكذلك قناة دويتشه فيله الألمانية (عربية DW) التي حرصت على تغطية كواليسه.
ثم لاحقا وبعد مرور عقد من الزمان - 10سنوات، تمت استضافة "بثينة النصر "على أخبار قناة الحرّة الأمريكية للاحتفاء بتمكين نساء وطنها سياسيا الأمر الذي يسجل لهودجها: " الإنجاز التنموي الاستشرافي "، ولها: كإعلاميّة متخصّصة في التنمية الإنسانية.

She founded and hosted 'Al-Hawdaj', the first live biographical program to highlight elite Saudi women across various creative and developmental fields, during an era that witnessed a scarcity of female presence on television.
Al-Nassr led a major effort to persuade women to appear on screen as a developmental and social responsibility, while emphasizing the supportive role of men for women.Notably, a group of the most prominent guests of 'Al-Hawdaj' were later selected within the first cycle of appointing Saudi women to membership in the Saudi Shura Council in 2013 following the Historic Royal Decree.""'Al-Hawdaj' program was widely celebrated by local newspapers at the time of its broadcast, as well as by the German channel Deutsche Welle (DW Arabic), which was keen to cover its behind-the-scenes. Her career was distinguished by hosting political, economic, and social 'developmental' programs, alongside covering numerous national events and international conferences.
Buthaina Al-Nassr was formally appointed as a "Consultant" under an official assignment, entrusted with a strategic mandate to
modernize Saudi TV Channel 2 (the English Channel) and strengthen its international media presence.Her professional activity continued on 'Al Ekhbariya' by hosting the program 'Women's Affairs' (Shu'oon Nisa'iyah), serving as an extension of the vision of 'Al-Hawdaj' to shed light on the achievements and challenges of the largest possible number of the nation's women.Al-Nassr enriched the intellectual sphere by writing opinion columns for several newspapers, most notably her famous column 'Respected Citizen' (Hadrat Al-Muwatin) in the Saudi Okaz newspaper.

The Reham Al-Farra International Program: She was officially selected by the Communications Office at the United Nations Headquarters in New York (UNHQ) as one of the top 15 journalists worldwide to represent their countries in the intensive Reham Al-Farra Memorial Journalism Fellowship. السجادة الحمراء في قازان 2007: حين تلتقي الدبلوماسية الإعلامية بالعمامة التنويريةبقلم: بثينة النصرفي سبتمبر 2007، وتحت رذاذ المطر الخفيف في عاصمة تتارستان الروسية "قازان"، وجدت نفسي على السجادة الحمراء للدورة الثالثة من مهرجان قازان الدولي للسينما الإسلامية (المنبر الذهبي)، أحد أبرز المحافل العالمية المتخصصة في الدبلوماسية الثقافية والقوة الناعمة، والذي يقام برعاية وزارة الثقافة الروسية ومجلس المفتين في روسيا تحت شعاره الدائم: "من حوار الثقافات نحو ثقافة الحوار".لم تكن المناسبة مجرد مهرجان سينمائي، بل منصة أممية جمعت صناع الأفلام والإعلاميين والمثقفين من مختلف أنحاء العالم في لحظة استثنائية من الانفتاح الثقافي بين روسيا والعالم الإسلامي. ووفق البروتوكول الروسي، رافقتُ على السجادة الحمراء القاضي والإعلامي ورجل الدين اللبناني الراحل الشيخ زكريا غندور، حيث دار بيننا حديث عفوي لا يخلو من الدعابة حول هموم المنطقة وقضاياها المشتركة.وفي كواليس المهرجان، جمعتنا جلسات حوار وعشاء فكري مع الأيقونة المصرية صفية العمري، عضو لجنة التحكيم الرسمية والوحيدة من العالم العربي آنذاك، إلى جانب نخبة من الإعلاميين وصناع الأفلام الوثائقية ورواد المواقع الإسلامية الناشئة، بالتوازي مع أول مشاركة وثائقية سعودية للمخرج ممدوح سالم.لم أكن أهتم كثيرًا بالتوثيق الفوتوغرافي في تلك السنوات؛ فقد كان الحدث نفسه يستحوذ على كامل الانتباه. لكن الذاكرة ما زالت تحتفظ بصورة أولئك الرجال الذين وظّفوا العمامة الدينية في خدمة الطمأنينة وحوار الثقافات، وجعلوا من الاختلاف مساحةً للتقارب الإنساني لا للتنظير والصّدام.

بقلم: بثينة النصرفي هذا التقرير الخاص على شاشة CNN الدولية، صحبني فريق العمل في رحلتي الصباحية لإيصال ابني إلى مدرسته العريقة في جبل لبنان "مدرسة برمانا العالية" ، موثقين الواقع اليومي للمرأة الطبيعية التي تقوم بالتزامها الأسري اليومي.
ومن قلب هذا المشهد الحياتي، قدمتُ قراءة تحليلية حول مسار الإصلاحات الإقليمية وتأثير التيارات المتشددة على حركة المرأة وتعطيل المجتمع.أعدتُ صياغة النقاش حول حق القيادة، معتبرةً إياه أداة للهيمنة الاجتماعية وليس مجرد قضية مواصلات، حيث أوضحت أن: "المسألة تتعلق بالسيطرة" ، فمن يسعى للتحكم بالمرأة فهو يستهدف السيطرة على المجتمع بأكمله.نجح هذا اللقاء في نقل القضايا الاجتماعية المعقدة إلى الساحة العالمية بمهنية عالية ونزاهة فكرية ووطنيّة.

من الظهران إلى أيزنهاور: أثر القيادة الفكرية في خدمة قضايا الشباب"لطالما كان تمكين الشباب وصياغة تطلعاتهم محوراً أساسياً في مسيرتي المهنية والفكرية، وانعكاساً لجدارة القيادة الفكرية التي نلت شرف تمثيلها محلياً ودولياً.ففي ديسمبر من عام 2004م (شوال 1425هـ)، تشرفت بالمشاركة الفاعلة كصوت قيادي في (اللقاء الوطني الرابع للحوار الفكري) الذي احتضنته مدينة الظهران بالمنطقة الشرقية بتنظيم من مركز الملك عبدالعزيز للحوار الوطني. ركّزت تلك النسخة التاريخية بالكامل على (قضايا الشباب: الواقع والتطلعات) لصياغة رؤى وطنية واعدة تخدم أجيال المستقبل.هذا الشغف المبكر بقضايا الجيل الجديد والقدرات القيادية تُرجم لاحقاً على الساحة الدولية؛ حيث تم ترشيحي واختياري في عام 2007م (للمركز الثاني) كقائدة شبابية سعودية طليعية لـ (زمالة معهد أيزنهاور للقيادة - Eisenhower Fellowships). وهو إنجاز حظي بتقدير رفيع في الأوساط المهنية والدبلوماسية، وثقته حينها صحيفة عكاظ، ليكون شاهداً على جدارة المرأة السعودية وريادتها الفكرية في أرفع المنصات العالمية."

From Dhahran to Eisenhower : The Impact of Thought Leadership in Serving Youth CausesYouth empowerment and shaping their aspirations have always been a cornerstone of my professional and intellectual career. They reflect the merit of the thought leadership that I have had the honor of representing both locally and internationally.In December 2004 (Shawwal 1425 AH), I had the honor of actively participating as a leading voice in the 4th National Meeting for Intellectual Dialogue. Hosted in Dhahran, Eastern Province, and organized by the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue, this historic edition focused entirely on 'Youth Issues: Reality and Aspirations' to craft promising national visions for future generations.This early passion for new-generation causes and leadership capabilities later translated onto the international stage. In 2007, I was nominated and selected for second place as a pioneering Saudi youth leader for the Eisenhower Fellowships. This achievement received high recognition in professional and diplomatic circles and was documented by Okaz newspaper at the time, serving as a testament to the competence and intellectual leadership of Saudi women on the highest global platforms."

يستغرق الحق أحياناً سنوات ليتردد صداه في النفوس. في لحظة فارقة من مسيرتي كأول مذيعة أخبار سعودية، واجهتُ في هذا اللقاء التلفزيوني تياراً محافظاً كان يرفض مجرد ظهوري على الشاشة. لم أقف حينها موقف الدفاع، بل قارعتُهم بالحجة والمنطق والنظام الرسمي.

Ideas Ahead of Their Time: From Digital Literacy to Generative AIBack in 2007, I had the honor of presenting at the "Learning & Technology" symposium at Effat College, under the theme: "Digital Literacy: No Boundaries, No Limits."
At that time, terms like ChatGPT, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Generative AI were non-existent in our daily discourse. Yet, the symposium’s title, "No Boundaries, No Limits," feels remarkably prophetic today, perfectly anticipating the digital reality we live in now.
Nearly two decades later, this theme continues to encapsulate the global journey toward artificial intelligence and digital transformation. Indeed, some ideas only grow stronger with time and never age.

From the Halls of International Media Memory | Tunis 🇹🇳✨Joint international forums remain the true arena for exchanging visions and creating a lasting impact. Looking back at the memory album from the capital, Tunis (Autumn 2005), during the "Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU) Festival," alongside an elite group of colleagues and media creators from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, and the wider Arab world.These are proud milestones in my professional journey. They seamlessly bridged conducting investigative television interviews for our national screen, "Al-Ekhbariya TV," during its foundational years, and activating cultural diplomacy as an authentic voice over Arab radio airwaves, genuinely expressing the aspirations of Saudi women in media.Refined media work is not merely about documenting an event; it is an enduring bridge of international communication and soft power. One of the most exceptional media and humanitarian milestones in my career was my participation as a guest of honor on the artistic tribute and celebration program, "Sharraftouni," broadcast on the Lebanese LBC satellite channel in 2009.The episode was elegantly curated as a prestigious Gala Dinner, bringing me together with the late legendary icon "Al-Shahroura" Sabah, the musical theater pioneer and composer Romeo Lahoud, and the former Lebanese Minister, Attorney Elie Marouni.This was alongside a distinguished early appearance by artist Mike Massy at the promising beginning of his artistic journey.The evening was uniquely structured around a fine-dining experience presented by colleague Tony Baroud, where each course served as a catalyst for deep, thematic dialogue. I fondly recall four pivotal moments shared around that table:First: Tony’s warm welcome, highlighting my nomination as an international "Woman of the Year" and my distinction as the first woman to present a news anchor broadcast in the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Second: My reflection on how my mother’s generation was deeply influenced in their youth by Al-Shahroura’s cinema fashion. They would sketch her dresses and sew them by hand, making her a true fashion icon in my homeland long before the era of specialized magazines.Third: When the episode aired a televised report calling for Sabah’s retirement, and I saw her eyes well up with tears, I could not contain myself. الحب والرياضيات.. إرثٌ عائلي عابر للأجيال
بقلم: بثينة النصررحل عمّي الحبيب، البروفيسور نزار آل نصر، في فبراير 2026، لكنّ روحه وغرسه المعرفي لا يزالان يضيئان دربي ودرب ابني هشام.كان عمّي ملهمي الأول؛ علمني السباحة وركوب الخيل في طفولتي، وكما كان والديّ المحفزين لقلمي ليكتب، كان عمّي نزار المحفز الأول لشغفي بالسرد والتّعبير اللفظي منذ نعومة أظفاري عبر أشرطة الكاسيت التي كنت أسجل عليها قصص الكارتون بصوتي وأنا في الخامسة وأرسلها له وهو يحضر الدكتوراة في أمريكا ليتفاعل مع مضمونها ويرد عليّ بكل حرص. وفي مرحلة المراهقة، كان هو من زرع فيّ عشق تخصصّه الأكاديمي: الرياضيات.
امتد هذا الشغف ليصنع فصلاً استثنائياً في جبال لبنان. فبناءً على رغبته بعد تقاعده، رتّبنا "لقاءً ذا جودة" جمع ابني هشام مع عالم الرياضيات الشهير البروفيسور إدوارد فرنكل—مؤلف كتاب "حب ورياضيات" الذي تشرّف عمي بترجمته إلى العربية.
ما بعد زيارة لـ "مكتبة أنطوان" العريقة في بيروت بشارع الحمرا استقرّت الجولة في "صالون بيروت"، هناك حيث تحولت المناديل الورقية إلى سبورة علمية؛ خطّ عليها د. فرنكل بشغف شخبطات تبسط مفاهيم رياضية لعقل هشام، وكان محور حديثهما مبرهنة فيثاغورس والتقابل الأحادي، وتَوّج اللقاء بإهداء خطي يحمل جملة تختزل حكايتنا: "إلى بثينة وهشام، مع الحب والرياضيات".اليوم، وهشام على مشارف عامه الحادي والعشرين، يدرس الهندسة المعمارية في أمريكا—التخصص الذي يدمج الرياضيات بالفن—ليجمع بين إرثين؛ شرارة الإلهام الرياضي التي بذرتها تلك الدردشة مع د. فرنكل، والجينات الإبداعية والشغف المهني الذي استقاه من والده، المهندس المعماري البارع/ ممدوح ال عبدالحي، و"من شابه أباه فما ظلم"!
....بعد رحيل عمي، قررتُ أن أطبع صورته على قماش كانفاس، لأعلقها في زاوية أرفف كتبي الخاصة محاطةً بلوحات النسبة الذهبية وفيبوناتشي كود، ليبقى وجهه الباسم وشغفه الكوني يرقبان مسيرة الأجيال. ألف رحمة ونور على روحك الطاهرة عمي الحبيب.. إرثك حيّ فينا.

Love and Math: A Cross-Generational Legacy ✨My beloved uncle, Professor Nizar Al-Nasr, departed this world in February 2026. Yet, his spirit and intellectual seeds continue to illuminate my path and that of my son, Hisham.My uncle was my ultimate mentor; he taught me swimming and horseback riding in my childhood. Just as my parents were the muses who prompted my pen to write, my uncle Nizar was the initial spark behind my passion for narrative and spoken word. I fondly remember when I was just five, and he was pursuing his PhD in the United States; he would send me cassette tapes so I could record the cartoon stories I watched. He would listen to them with immense care, engaging with every word I spoke, and send back his meticulous replies. Then came my adolescence, and he gently sowed in me a deep love for his own academic sanctuary: Mathematics.This ancestral passion expanded to sketch an extraordinary chapter in the mountains of Lebanon. Fulfilling my uncle’s heartfelt wish after his retirement, we arranged a "rendezvous of substance." It brought my son Hisham face-to-face with the world-renowned mathematician, Professor Edward Frenkel—the author of "Love and Math", a masterpiece my uncle had the profound honor of translating into Arabic.Following a visit to the historic Antoine Bookstore on Hamra Street in Beirut, our journey nestled into the cozy ambiance of "Salon De Beirut." There, simple paper napkins morphed into a scientific canvas. Prof. Frenkel passionately sketched intricate equations, simplifying abstract mathematical concepts for Hisham’s young mind. Their conversation revolved around the Pythagorean theorem and one-to-one correspondence, culminating in a beautiful, hand-written dedication the encapsulates our entire story: "For Buthaina & Hisham, with Love and Math."Today, as Hisham stands on the precipice of his twenty-first year, studying Architecture in the United States—a discipline where mathematics seamlessly dissolves into art—he beautifully bridges two heritages: the mathematical lightning bolt ignited during that chat with Prof. Frenkel, and the creative blueprint and professional passion inherited from his father, the accomplished architect, Mamdouh Al Abdulhai. Truly, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.Following my uncle’s passing, I chose to print his portrait on canvas. I hung it in a dedicated corner of my private library shelves, surrounded by artworks of the Golden Ratio and the Fibonacci code. There, his smiling countenance and cosmic passion remain a guiding light, watching over the march of future generations.
Infinite mercy and eternal light upon your pure soul, my beloved uncle. Your legacy lives on through us. 🤍

رسالة وفاء: الرجل في حياتي حكاية ، وتجسيد لحقيقة الشراكة الإنسانية في أبهى حللها.
بقلم: بثينة النصرعلى مرّ عقدين من مسيرتي الإعلامية والتنموية الإنسانية، عُرفت بحمل ملف المرأة وقضايا تمكينها، إيمانًا مني بأن المرأة هي رحم المجتمع واللبنة الأولى لنهضته، خضتُ منذ الطفولة والمراهقة والشباب معارك فكرية ضارية في مواجهة قوى الرّجعية والتشدد الذي سعى لتعطيل المرأة والأسرة والمجتمع.
لكن هذه المسيرة لم تكن لتكتمل فصولها، ولم يكن لصوتي أن يصل للناس وتتنقّل تساؤلاتي في فضاء الإعلام المحلي والإقليمي وعلى شاشات عالمية وبين أروقة الأمم المتحدة، لولا وجود حصن منيع وشراكة إنسانية وفكرية استثنائية جسدها رجالٌ مستنيرون حظيت بهم في حياتي، آمنوا بفكري ودفعوا بطموحي نحو الصدارة في وقت كان فيه التعنّت والانغلاق سيدا الموقف.في هذا الصباح، وأنا أُشارف على الانتهاء من التوثيق الرقمي لسيرتي الذاتية، أقف وقفة تقدير وإجلال أمام أهلي وناسي والعالم أجمع لأؤكد على واقع فضل ودور الرجال الواثقين من أنفسهم،  في الارتقاء بدور المرأة في أوطانهم !والدي ومعلّمي الأول، الأستاذ جعفر آل نصر (بابا جعفر):الذي كان بفصاحته وبلاغته وفكره النيّر السند الأول لي، والملهم الأول في البيئة الواعية التي انطلقتُ منها لكسر الجمود الاجتماعي، فكان الأب الذي لم يسمح للبالي من العادات وللمتقادم من الأعراف أن يقفوا في وجه طموح ابنته،
بل جعل من الأصالة منطلقًا لتميزي كسيّدة وإعلامية سجّلت حضورا تنمويا إنسانيّا ثقافيا  وازنا.عمي وأستاذي الجامعي وملهمي، البروفيسور عبد الخالق عبد الحي (بابا عبدو):القامة الحقوقية والأكاديمية الذي بدأت رحلته مع تمكين المرأة منذ أطروحته للدكتوراه بعنوان "دور المرأة في الحياة العامة: مقارنة بين تعاليم اللإسلام وتفسيرات المسلمين- مع التركيز على المملكة العربية السعودية (دراسة مقارنة)" من كولورادو1983. لقد كان لي نعم الصديق والموجّه، ووقف بشجاعة فكرية عبر منابر الصحافة المكتوبة والمتلفزة والندوات الثقافية،  ليؤكد أن التدين الحقيقي والوعي الحقوقي لا يتناقضان مع حرية المرأة وتمكينها، بل هما أساس العدالة والمساواة، والنهوض بالمجتمعات.إنني اليوم، إذ أرى ابني الوحيد 'هشام' وقد اشتد عوده بين هذين القطبين "جدّيه" المميزين في عائلته ومحيطه الاجتماعي ، أدرك أن توثيق هذا الإرث ليس مجرد استعراض لمحطات مهنية، بل هو احتفاء بتجسيد حيّ لمعاني التنميّة الإنسانية المستدامة،والأهم: هو احتفاءٌ بالرجل المستنير الذي يكون للمرأة سندًا وعونًا، ويعتنق حقيقة يراد لها التغييب من قبل محدودي الأفق من "حملة شعار ما يعرف بالنسوية" مفادها: أنه وعلى مر الأزمان ستبقى " قضية المرأة هي قضية الرجل بالضّرورة"  ."وختاما:  أبتسم حين يقولون لي " كل فتاة بأبيها مغرمة" .. لأن بابا جعفر - الجدول الصغير في اللغة ، النهر الجاري بفيض عطائه وحنانه وتواضعه.. هو أول من حرص على كسر السلطة الأبوية في فكري منذ نعومة أظفاري فثبّت غرام ابنته بشخصيته العظيمة وبكل من يشبهه.

I did this out of a deep belief that woman is the womb of society and the very first pillar of its progress. Since childhood, adolescence, and youth, I have fought fierce intellectual battles against reactionary forces and rigid traditions that sought to marginalize women, freeze families, and paralyze society.Yet, this journey would never have fulfilled its chapters, nor would my voice have reached the public—carrying my questions across local, regional, and international screens, and within the halls of the United Nations—were it not for a strong fortress of protection and an exceptional human and intellectual partnership.I was blessed with enlightened men in my life who believed in my mind and propelled my ambition to the forefront at a time when bigotry and stagnation ruled the day.On this morning, as I near the completion of the digital archiving of my biography, I stand with deep respect and pride before my family, my community, and the world to testify to the real impact and role of self-assured men in elevating the status of women in their homelands.My Father and First Teacher, Mr. Jaafar Al-Nasr ("Baba Jaafar"):
With his eloquence, beautiful command of language, and enlightened mind, he was my primary support and my first inspiration within the conscious environment from which I set out to break social inertia. He was the father who refused to let obsolete customs or antiquated norms block his daughter’s ambition. Instead, he transformed cultural authenticity into a launchpad for my distinction as a leader and a media pioneer, allowing me to establish a balanced, development-oriented, and humanitarian cultural presence.My Uncle, University Professor, and Mentor, Professor Abdulkhaleq Abdulhai ("Baba Abdo"): The esteemed legal scholar and academic whose journey with women's empowerment began early with his doctoral dissertation under the title: "Contemporary Women's Participation in Public Activities: Differences Between Ideal Islam and Muslim Interpretation, with an Emphasis on Saudi Arabia." from Colorado1983.He was the ultimate friend and guide to me. With great intellectual courage across print and televised media platforms, he continuously proved that true religious devotion and human rights awareness never contradict a woman's freedom and empowerment; rather, they are the very bedrock of justice, equality, and the advancement of societies.Today, as I watch my only son, "Hisham," grow into a resilient young man between these two remarkable pillars ' Grandpas' of his family and social circle, I realize that documenting this heritage is not merely a review of professional milestones. It is a living celebration of sustainable human development in its truest sense.More importantly, it is a tribute to the enlightened man who stands as a shield and support for woman, embracing a profound truth that narrow-minded advocates of certain modern feminist slogans often try to hide: that across all eras, the cause of woman remains, by absolute necessity, the cause of man.In conclusion: I always smile when people tell me, "Every daughter is captivated by her father," because Baba Jaafar—whose name itself signifies a small running brook in the Arabic language—is a flowing river of boundless giving, tenderness, and humility. He was the very first to break patriarchal authority within my mind since my early childhood, thereby firmly anchoring his daughter’s deep devotion to his magnificent character and to every man who resembles him.
